Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
